Sadie began Massage Matters in response to the growing need for a natural and dynamic personal approach to good health.  She feels so lucky to have been drawn to massage therapy, which she loves to do and that people love to receive. Strong intuitive hands, a caring down-to-earth personality and a high level of fitness, all combine to provide you with a quality treatment.  

Although Sadie works within the music and entertainment industry www.drdot.com she is just as at home using her unique skills at charitable events, within the corporate environment   or from her Berkshire treatment studio. Busy professionals, sports people and those with chronic conditions have all benefited.

Sadie is a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, reg. no 75856 www.fht.org.uk. Her diploma in Holistic Therapy incorporates Anatomy & Physiology, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Swedish Massage. She is qualified in Sports Massage and holds diplomas in Nutrition, Indian Head Massage, On-site Acupressure and DSE Risk Assessment
